ED Nurses’ Use of Advanced Nursing Protocols

  • Mary Rose Bauer RN, BSN is the principal investigator in this qualitative, longitudinal, comparison study.
  • The purpose of this study is to determine the reasons ED RNs do not use the Advanced Nursing Protocols (ANP) and to determine the affects of an on-line ANP system and its usage of ANPs.
  • All ED nurses who have completed ED orientation are eligible to participate.  Questionnaires will be completed at three different timeframes.
