The UK-HMO Lexington Service Area plan is offered to UK employees who live in the following counties or within a 50 driving mile radius of the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center:  Anderson, Bourbon, Clark, Fayette, Franklin, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Scott or Woodford.
