Where smoking is not prohibited	Private residences except when used as licensed childcare, adult day care or health care facility; private clubs that employ from within or whose employees are member volunteers, unless open to the public; outdoor areas of places of employment except service lines and seating areas of all outdoor arenas, stadiums and amphitheaters within Woodford County.
