Type of Law	100% Smoke-free Workplaces and Enclosed Public Places (Board of Health Clean Indoor Air Regulation). All enclosed public places and places of employment including facilities and vehicles owned or leased by the cities of Berea and Richmond and Madison County.
Where smoking is not prohibited	Private residences, except when used as childcare, adult day care or health care facility; hotel and motel rooms rented to guests (not more than 25%, and all smoking rooms on the same floor must be contiguous); outdoor areas of places of employment; retail tobacco stores.
