Where smoking is not prohibited	Any dwelling except private residence when used as licensed childcare, day care or healthcare facility; hotel and motel rooms, hospitals and nursing homes, except lobby, common elevator, common hallway or other common area; any drinking establishment, where access is denied to any person under the age of 18; private club, when not being used for a function to which the general public is invited.
