Where smoking is not prohibited	Private residences except when used as licensed childcare, adult day care or health care facility, and except in private or semi-private rooms in nursing homes; outdoor areas of enclosed places where smoking is prohibited if at a reasonable distance from outside entrances, operable windows, and ventilation systems.
