Heather Robertson is the Program Administrator and Manager of the Clean Indoor Air Partnership. She is the budget and contracts administrator and oversees daily operations for all projects. 

Robertson received her undergraduate degree in social work from the University of Kentucky. She began her master's work at Martin School of Public Administration, University of Kentucky, and transferred to accept the Patricia Harris Fellowship at the Institute of Government, Eastern Kentucky University. In 1991, she was accepted into the Federal Presidential Management program and became an alum of that program in 1993.

Robertson has worked for the Federal Department of Health and Human Services as a Health Policy Specialist for the Health Care Financing Administration (currently CMS), with additional work experience with Health Standards and Quality, the Regional Inspector General’s Evaluations and Inspections Office, and the Veterans Administration. Robertson also worked with Appalachian Regional Healthcare as a Planning Associate and has completed various independent contracts as a management consultant.
