Contact your medical school or Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) to complete the application. All ERAS materials should be available in your medical school Dean's office by July or August. The ERAS application includes:

* Electronic Application
* USMLE scores, Part I (and Part II if available)
* Personal Statement
* Wallet sized photo
* Medical School Transcript
* Documentation of AOA membership (if applicable)
* Three letters of recommendation
* Documentation of ECFMG and flexscores (for graduates of foreign medical schools)

Although United States Medical Licensure Examination transcripts may appear as optional on the ERAS application we require that these scores be included. You will need to request that official transcripts from the National Board of Medical Examiners be mailed to us through ERAS.

Foreign medical graduates will need to contact ECFMG regarding ERAS applications. ECFMG will transmit the application to the University of Kentucky.
