Translational Opportunities in Spinal Cord and Brain Injury TherapeuticsJune 10 - 11, 2004 The Tenth Annual Kentucky Spinal Cord and Head Injury Research Symposium will bring basic science researchers and clinicians together to discuss recent findings in spinal cord and head injury. The goal of this effort is to increase understanding, facilitate treatment, and develop therapeutic strategies to bring about functional recovery from spinal cord and head injury. The symposium will be held at Keeneland; one of America's most revered Thoroughbred racing and sales facilities. This conference is sponsored in part by the Kentucky Spinal Cord and Head Injury Research Trust, established in 1994 to support spinal cord and head injury research at the University of Kentucky and University of Louisville.
