Call for Posters

We are excited to host the 10th Annual Spinal Cord and Head Injury Research Symposium, June 10-11, 2004. You are invited to display a poster for the Symposium.

All posters require submission of a poster abstract.

       

Posters will be displayed throughout the meeting and will be highlighted during a poster session and reception on Thursday, June 10 at 4:00 – 6:00 PM.

The conference will be held in the Phoenix Room at Keeneland, 4201 Versailles Road, Lexington,Kentucky. Instructions for Research Posters

Submission Requirements

  • Include the following identifying information: Contact person, title, organization, department, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Email poster abstract to Sally Malley. Please indicate the word processing program and version.
  • Abstracts should include title, authors, affiliations and a brief outline of the research method(s), summary results and a conclusion. References should be reserved for the full poster presentation.
  • Body of abstract should be limited to 250 words or less.

Deadlines & Poster Specifications

  • All abstracts must be received by May 1, 2004.
  • Poster presenters must register for attendance at the conference by May 10, 2004 to retain a presentation space.
  • Poster size will be 6'(w) x 4'(h)
