If your Flash did not pass, please contact the UK HealthCare IT Service Desk and they will install the latest version.

If your Operating System did not pass, please make sure you are using a Microsoft Windows PC. The courses are currently not compatible with Macs.

If your browser did not pass, make sure you are using the latest version of Firefox or Internet Explorer. Chrome or Safari will not work.
