Physical Therapy Demonstration Program Information - The physical therapy program at the UK Center for Excellence in Rural Health-Hazard was designed to meet the need for physical therapists in rural Kentucky.

Faculty - Physical therapy students will be instructed by experienced and capable faculty from both the Hazard and Lexington campuses.
