Medical Clinic Services

The UK North Fork Valley Community Health Center emphasizes quality of care in an environment that provides multi-disciplinary education to residents, medical students, nurse practitioner students and other health care professionals. Community health centers are required to deliver preventive and primary care services to patients regardless of their ability to pay.

UK North Fork Valley Community Health Center offers the following services.

• Acute illness/Injury/Minor emergency service
• Pre-employment/D.O.T./School exams

• Family planning
• Obstetrics care
• Newborn care
• Psychological services
• Physical therapy

The clinic is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Note: At the time of your appointment, please bring your insurance card(s), along with any medications you may be taking.
