• Take U. S. 23 North 65 miles to Jenkins, KY.
• Turn left onto U. S. 119 West and go 11 miles.
• You will come to a traffic light with a Pizza Hut on the right and a McDonalds on the left.
• Go straight through the light. This puts you on KY 15 North.
• Stay on this road for 35 miles until you reach a traffic light with a Hardees on the right.
• Turn left at this light and follow the Hazard by-pass to the second traffic light.
• Turn left and go to the second traffic light.
• Turn left onto Morton Boulevard, next to an Applebee's restaurant.
• Proceed up the hill, through a traffic light.
• The Center for Excellence in Rural Health-Hazard will be on your left, next to ARH Medical Center.
