Kenneth Slone, MD Dr. Slone is a Knott County native who earned a medical degree from University of Louisville, with additional training in family medicine at Trover Clinic Foundation in Madisonville, Kentucky. He is board certified in Family Medicine with a certificate of added qualifications in geriatric medicine. Dr. Slone’s special interests include preventative and geriatric medicine.
Polly Johnson, ARNP Ms. Johnson is a new edition to the team having recently worked at Mountain Comprehensive Health Corp. She earned her nursing degree from Morehead State University and her master’s of science in nursing (rural health family nurse practitioner) from Eastern Kentucky University.
