Miranda Hollen, MD
Dr. Hollen is a Clay County native and a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of
Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at the UK East Kentucky Family Medicine
Residency Program. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Her
interests include diabetes, women’s health and preventive medicine. |

Stacey Campbell Johnson, MD
Dr. Campbell Johnson is a Perry County native. She earned her medical degree from the University
of Louisville School of Medicine and trained for three years at the University of Louisville’s
Glasgow/Barren County Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Johnson is board certified by the
American Board of Family Medicine. Her special interests include women’s health and adolescent
and pediatric care. |

Joe Kingery, DO
Dr. Kingery is a rural Kentucky native who earned a medical degree from the Pikeville College
School of Osteopathic Medicine, with additional training in family medicine at UK. He provides
low-risk obstetrics services and has special interests in women’s health care,
pediatric care and the treatment of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. |

Jonathan Piercy, MD
Dr. Piercy is a native of Lee County. He earned a doctor of medicine degree from UK and then trained for
three additional years in internal medicine at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, N.C. Prior to
joining the UK North Fork Valley Community Health Center, Dr. Piercy served as medical director at another
Perry County clinic for three years. His special interest is the treatment of chronic illnesses such as
diabetes and hypertension. |

Angela Rice, DO
Dr. Rice is a native of Clay County and a graduate of the Pikeville College School of Osteopathic
Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency training in Hazard at UK’s East
Kentucky Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Rice is dually board certified by the American
Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Her special
interests include women’s health, adolescent medicine and osteopathic manipulative therapy. |

Donna Creech, ARNP
Ms. Creech has more than 30 years of health care experience, having worked in clinical and
home health settings for Appalachian Regional Healthcare. She earned her master’s of
science in nursing (family nurse practitioner) degree from UK and provides a broad
scope of primary care services. |
