From the East or West

Follow 1-64 to Lexington,  Exit 113 (marked "Paris/Lexington").

From the North

Follow 1-75 South to Lexington, Exit 113
Note: 1-75 and 1-64 meet and become a single road at Lexington.

From Exit 113

  1. Turn right off the exit ramp onto US 68 West/KY 27 South, "Paris Pike" toward Lexington.
    Note: "Paris Pike" becomes "North Broadway" then becomes "South Broadway" as you enter downtown.
  2. Drive 4.2 miles to Virginia Avenue. Turn left onto Virginia Avenue. Drive one-half mile to South Limestone.
    Parking:
  • For Kentucky Clinic parking, continue straight across South Limestone onto Huguelet Avenue.
  • For Hospital Garage & Shuttle, turn right onto South Limestone. At the first light, turn right onto Transcript Avenue to the Hospital Garage & Shuttle.

From the South

  1. Follow 1-75 North to Exit 104 (marked "Athens/Lexington"). Turn left off the exit ramp Richmond Road toward Lexington. Drive 8.2 miles to South Broadway.
    Note: "Richmond Road" becomes "Main Street" as you enter downtown.
  2. Turn left onto South Broadway. Drive one mile to Virginia Avenue. Turn left onto Virginia Avenue. Drive one-half mile to South Limestone.
    Parking:
  • For Kentucky Clinic parking, continue straight across South Limestone onto Huguelet Avenue.
  • For UK Hospital Garage & Shuttle, turn right onto South Limestone. Turn right at the first light onto Transcript Avenue to the Hospital Garage & Shuttle.

From U.S. 27 North/Nicholasville Road

  1. Follow U.S. 27 NorthlNicholasville Road to Man 0' War Boulevard. Continue straight across Man 0' War Boulevard.
    Note: "Nicholasville Road" becomes "South Limestone; near downtown Lexington.
    Parking:
  • For Kentucky Clinic parking, continue past hospital entrance on South Limestone to the next traffic light. Turn right into the clinic entrance and follow signs for parking. 
  • For Hospital Garage and Shuttle, drive 3.9 miles from Man 0' War Boulevard. At light, turn right onto Hospital Drive to drop off a passenger at Emergency or at the hospital's main entrance. Turn left at the light onto Transcript Avenue to the Hospital Garage & Shuttle.

From U.S. 60/Versailles Road

  1. Follow U.S. 60 East to Man 0' War Boulevard.
  2. Continue on U.S. 60 past Man 0' War Boulevard.
  3. Drive 3.8 miles to Red Mile Road.
  4. Turn right onto Red Mile Road. Drive 1.1 miles to U.S. 68/South Broadway.
  5. Continue across U.S. 68/South Broadway onto Virginia Avenue.
  6. Drive one-half mile to South Limestone.
    Parking:
  • For Kentucky Clinic parking, continue straight across South Limestone onto Huguelet Avenue.
  • For Hospital Garage and Shuttle, drive 3.9 miles from Man 0' War Boulevard. At light, left at the light onto Transcript Avenue to the Hospital Garage & Shuttle
