Corporal Randall Webb will be instructing a very useful women's self-defense course. Breakfast refreshments will be provided following the class! (There is a limit of 20 participants so make sure to show up on time!)
Wednesday, April 3rd: "Healthy Workforce"

Andrea Perkins of the CPH will be instructing a relaxing yoga session. Come take a 30 minute break to relax! Cuties and water will be provided and make sure to bring a yoga mat or towel!
Thursday, April 4th: "Protection on the Move"

We will be promoting the dangers of texting and driving through our no-text and drive campaign! Supporting bumper stickers and breakfast on the go will be provided for those who pledge for the cause!
Friday, April 5th: "Empowering a Healthy Community"

Blood pressure testing will occur along with information on heart health and free cholesterol lowering snacks!
