Current Studies

We are looking for both injured and healthy individuals for the following studies:

  • Trunk Control Study

    lab

    We are currently looking for males and females between the ages of 18-25 to participate in a study assessing how well your trunk (core) muscles perform under a variety of conditions. Individuals must be engaged in vigorous exercise at least 5 times per week to participate. We will take both strength measurements and assess the way that you run and jump. All research participants are compensated for their time. The study takes 90 minutes or so to perform.

  • ACL Study

    We are currently looking for males and females who are between the ages of 18-40 participate in a research study where we use a number of analysis to assess how your muscles are functioning before and after surgery. We will compensate you for your time and can give you feedback on how you performed during the testing sessions.

  • Patellofemoral (knee cap) Pain and Instability Study

    We are looking for men and women between the ages of 14-45 to participate in a research study assessing how individuals with patellofemoral pain or instability walk, what strength impairments they have and assess their perceptions how the pain is affecting their lives. Individuals are compensated for their time and the study takes about 90 minutes to complete.
