Year 1	Primary Care Medicine (Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Family Practice at UK Chandler Medical Center)	Neurology Inpatient (UK Chandler medical center)	Night-time Emergency Psychiatry (UK Good Samaritan Hospital)	Inpatient Psychiatry (Adult Inpatient, Geropsychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry) (UK Good Samaritan Hospital, Eastern State Hospital and VA Medical Center separately)	Consultation-Liaison and Emergency Psychiatry (UK Good Samaritan Hospital)

Year 2	8.25 months	0.75 months	1 month	1 month	1 month
	50% Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry & 50% Emergency Psychiatry (UK Good Samaritan Hospital, UK Chandler Medical Center, and VA Medical Center separately)	Night-time Emergency Psychiatry (UK Good Samaritan Hospital)	Child and adolescent Psychiatry (UK Good Samaritan Hospital)	Inpatient Psychiatry (UK Good Samaritan Hospital & Eastern State Hospital)	Neurology Inpatient (UK Chandler medical center)
	Long-term follow up of at least one outpatient psychotherapy case per week

Year 3	10.5 months	0.5 month	1 month
	Full-time outpatient Psychiatry (Bluegrass Comprehensive Care Center [community mental health centers], VA Outpatient clinics, UK Student Mental Health, UK Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic)	Night-time Emergency Psychiatry (UK Good Samaritan Hospital)	Child and adolescent psychiatry (UK Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic)
	Long-term follow up of at least one outpatient psychotherapy case per week; 6 cases total must be carried per year

Year 4	1 month	3 months	3 months	5 months
	Elective	VA Outpatient clinics	Bluegrass Comprehensive Care Clinic	UK Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic
	Long-term follow up of at least one outpatient psychotherapy case per week; 6 cases total must be carried per year
