DIRECTIONS VIA CINCINNATI

1. Travel south on I-75. On the outskirts of Lexington, I-75 merges with I-64. Continue on I-75/I-64 for 10 more miles.
2. Take exit 108 onto Man O War.
3. Turn right from the exit ramp going west on Man O War.
4. At the 7th light, turn left onto Blazer Parkway.
5. 3470 is the last building on the right. Driveway to the parking lot is just before the building (.4 miles).
6. Follow drive up to parking lot. From entrance, you arrive on the second floor where the research department is located, for clinic, administration and education; take elevator/stairs to the third floor.

DIRECTIONS VIA KNOXVILLE

1. Take exit 104, Athens-Boonesboro Road.
2. Turn left off of the exit ramp. You will proceed for several miles and the road name will change to Richmond Road.
3. At the intersection of Richmond Road and Man O war, turn right onto Man O War.
4. Turn right at the 1st traffic light onto Blazer Parkway.
5. 3470 is the last building on the right. Driveway to the parking lot is just before the building (.4 miles).
6. Follow drive up to parking lot. From entrance, you arrive on the second floor where the research department is located, for clinic, administration and education; take elevator/stairs to the third floor.

DIRECTIONS VIA LOUISVILLE

1. Take I-64 east to Lexington. On the outskirts of Lexington, I-64 will merge with I-75; continue on I-64 east/I-75 south.

1. I-64 west to Lexington. On the outskirts of Lexington, I-64 will merge with I-75; follow signs for I-75 south.
2. Take exit 108 onto Man O War. Turn right from the exit ramp going west on Man O War.
3. At the 7th light, turn left onto Blazer Parkway.

DIRECTIONS VIA NASHVILLE (BLUEGRASS PARKWAY)

1. Bluegrass Parkway ends with an exit onto Versailles Road (Route 60).
2. Proceed east on Versailles Rd. towards Lexington.
3. After passing the airport, move into the far right lane, this lane will exit Versailles Rd. onto New Circle Road (Route 4).
4. Take the Alumni Boulevard exit and turn right onto Alumni. At the 3rd light, turn left onto Man O War. At the 4th light, turn right onto Blazer Parkway
5. 3470 is the last building on the right. Driveway to the parking lot is just before the building (.4 miles).
6. Follow drive up to parking lot. From entrance, you arrive on the second floor where the research department is located, for clinic, administration and education; take elevator/stairs to the third floor.

DIRECTIONS FROM BLUEGRASS AIRPORT

1. Exit from the airport onto Man O War and turn left.
2. Proceed to the traffic light, Versailles Road, and turn right.
3. Move into the far right lane, this lane will exit Versailles Rd. onto New Circle Road (Route 4).
4. Take the Alumni Boulevard exit and turn right onto Alumni. At the 3rd light, turn left onto Man O War. At the 4th light, turn right onto Blazer Parkway.
