Genomics of mature and immature olfactory sensory neurons. These data are from Nickell et al., 2012 J. Comp. Neurol. In press. This Excel file contains predictions of expression for nearly all genes in both mature and immature olfactory sensory neurons. Statistically validated predictions are made for specificity to these cells, and for mere expression in these two developmental stages.
Mouse OSNs express 10,000 genes. These data are from Sammeta et al., 2007, J. Comp. Neurol., 502:1138-1156. This compressed Excel file (full or compressed versions are available) contains processed GeneChip microarray data that allows predictions of whether a gene is expressed in mature olfactory sensory neurons of mice.
Genomics of the lobster olfactory organ. These data are from Stepanyan et al., 2006. The Excel file provides a summary guide to the features of each EST, including information about the sequencing run, BLAST matches, and NCBI GenBank accession numbers. The sequence file submitted to NCBI is available as a text file, as are the individual BLAST searches, which are compressed as groups.
Tissue expression patterns identify mouse cilia genes. These data are from McClintock et al., 2008, Physiolog. Gen., 32:198-206. This Excel file contains a compilation of more than 2,000 mouse genes that we and others predict are linked to cilia.
