Prospective Pharm.D. Students

The University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy offers a four-year professional program leading to a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. Students spend three years on the University of Kentucky campus and their fourth year gaining supervised, on-the-job experience. To be eligible to apply to the program, applicants must complete approximately two to three years of undergraduate courses (a minimum of 70 semester credit hours). These classes can be taken at any accredited college or university. Students successfully completing the program are eligible to become licensed pharmacists throughout the United States.
