Michelle Fraley - Pharm.D.
Dr. Fraley is an assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science and is a lecturer in the Patient Care Laboratory. Her clinical practice site is in the UK Chandler Hospital Central Pharmacy.
She is a 2001 graduate of the UK College of Pharmacy and previously worked as a clinical staff pharmacist at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center for five years. She also was employed at CVS Pharmacy immediately following graduation as a part-time and relief pharmacist.
