Email Lists

The College of Pharmacy maintains a variety of email lists for internal communication with faculty, staff, and students. All of the lists are 'private' and only those within the college can be subscribed and, therefore, send to the lists.

Pharmacy Faculty List

The pharmfaculty list contains all College of Pharmacy faculty and a select number of staff who regularly send email to faculty. New faculty are automatically subscribed to the list when the respective division administrator adds them to the College's employee database. Staff are added upon request and authorization from Jeff Cain.

Pharmacy Staff List

The pharmstaff list contains all College of Pharmacy staff and a select number of faculty who regularly send email to staff. New staff are automatically subscribed to the list when the respective division administrator adds them to the College's employee database. Faculty are added upon request and authorization from Jeff Cain.

Pharmacy Professional Student Lists

There are four professional student email lists corresponding to the respective year of graduation. All of the students in each professional year, the faculty who teach courses for those students, and staff who regularly send email to the students are on these lists. Students are added upon entry to the College and faculty and staff are added or removed as appropriate upon request and authorization from either Belinda Morgan or Jeff Cain.

Pharmacy Graduate Student List

The copgrads list contains all College of Pharmacy graduate students and appropriate faculty and staff who regularly send email to the graduate students. This list is the official communication list between the College and graduate students. New graduate students are added upon entry to the college and faculty and staff are added as appropriate. Catina Rossoll maintains the copgrads list.

Other Lists

Various other lists are used throughout the College on a smaller scale.
