Spring Weekend Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for the Alumni and Friends Reception and Gala will be given ONLY if the UK Office of Advancement - alumni affairs receives notification prior to 10a.m. (EST) on Monday, April 9, 2007. Refunds will not be issued for Keeneland tickets. No tickets will be reserved until payment is received.

Continuing Education Refund Policy

A refund less a $25 processing fee will be issued if written notice of withdrawal is receieved by March 30, 2007. No refund will be granted after this date. Registration may be transferred to another participant. The colleges of Pharmacy and Medicine Continuing Education Office reserves the right to cancel or make substitutions in this activity. A full refund will be issued if circumstances warrant program cancellation.
