The
PharmacistCARE Team
Dr. Divine is co-director of the PharmacistCARE program. She is an associate professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science of the UK College of Pharmacy. Dr. Divine is a certified geriatric pharmacist and a certified diabetes educator.
Dr. Nicholas is co-director of the PharmacistCARE program. She is an associate professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science of the UK College of Pharmacy and is a certified diabetes educator.
Dr. Johnson is a licensed pharmacist, certified diabetes educator and a faculty member of the UK College of Pharmacy.
Dr. Mabins is a licensed pharmacist and a faculty member of the UK College of Pharmacy. Her practice is located at Kentucky Clinic North on Elm Tree Lane in Lexington. Appointments are through physician referral.
