is PharmacistCARE? |

| PharmacistCARE
consists of a team of clinical pharmacists who are faculty members of
the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. These pharmacists are
available to set up individual appointments to review your medications

PharmacistCARE is recognized by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) as an authorized provider of diabetes educational services, allowing the PharmacistCARE program to counsel Medicare patients, receive payment from a variety of insurance carriers, and see patients on a cash-payment basis.
