NEONATOLOGY FELLOWSHIP DIDACTIC CURRICULUM

There are regularly scheduled weekly and monthly conferences including basic science topics, clinical conferences, FIMR (Fetal-Infant Mortality Review), High-Risk Perinatology, Journal Club, Pathology Conferences, Collaborative Practice and Ethics. Pediatric Grand Rounds occurs weekly. Additionally, fellowship participants receive formal training from the in Biotatistics, Epidemiology and Research Design, Evidence-Based Medicine, Research Ethics, Laboratory Research Procedures and IRB Protocols. Further training is provided in Grant Writing, Manuscript Preparation and Teaching. Other educational opportunities are available throughout the University for fellowship participants.
