My primary research efforts revolve around scientific applications to forensic issues and official death investigation: postmortem biochemistry; relationships between the neuropathology of aging and organic heart disease; the neuropathology of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome; Cerebral Enzymology and Neuroreceptor Systems linked to Suicidal Behaviors; Forensic Toxicology and Drug-related Deaths
