CME Course: Advances in Diagnostic PathologyA CME credit course for practicing pathologists since 1978. The course coordinators are Drs. Eun Young Lee and Jeff Ellis. Attendance at this monthly course (October-May, third Thursday at 6:30-8:30 p.m.) is mandatory and offered free of charge to all student fellows and residents. Faculty of the Department discuss three to six current diagnostic problems (photomicrographs are available 1 week in advance). Recent literature is referenced in the accompanying handout. Recent topics have included adult and childhood tumors; immunohistochemistry; flow cytometry; cytogenetics; fine needle aspiration; DNA probes.
