Private Autopsy & Forensic Consultation

The mission of our Private Autopsy and Forensic Consultation services is to provide surviving family members and other stakeholders with an accurate evaluation of cause of death, the presence and severity of human disease, potential pain and suffering, and other pertinent questions surrounding the death of a loved one or client.

The intellectual assets of the remaining members of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine are utilized when indicated and represent specialists in hematopathology, gastrointestinal pathology, cardiac pathology (especially congenital heart abnormalities), pulmonary, genitourinary, renal, and gynecologic pathology.
