Neuroimaging Studies of Depression |
| Who may participate in this study? You may be eligible to participate in this study if you are
This study will enroll a total of 120 participants: 80 Parkinson's participants (40 men and 40 women) and 40 neuropsychiatrically normal control participants (20 men and 20 woman). Participants with Parkinson's disease will be in the mild to moderate stage of the disease. Half of the Parkinson's participants (20 men and 20 women) will have a diagnosis of depression. Depressed and non-depressed Parkinson's participants and control participants will be cross-matched for sex and age. You may not participate in this study if you
