Applicants to the Ph.D. Program should meet the following
requirements:
- Graduate grade point average of 3.3 on a 4.0 grading scale
- Official GRE scores (verbal, quantitative, and analytical);
official Graduate Record Exam scores older than five years are
accepted.
- A master's degree in nursing from an NLN or CCNE accredited
program
- Three references and two faculty interviews
- Goal statement
- Admission to the University of Kentucky Graduate School
- Kentucky registered nurse licensure is a prerequisite to
clinical experience
Applicants who do not meet the above requirements are reviewed
individually on a space available basis.
