Registrar's Office
The Funkhouser Building located off Rose Street on Funkhouser Drive houses the Registrar's office (room 10) and related offices. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. The phone number is 257-8729.

Office of Student Billings
The Office of Student Billings is located in Room 18 Funkhouser. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. The phone number is 257-3406. This office is where you pay your tuition and fees. There is a drop box just outside the office for after-hours payments.

Housing
The Office for Housing is located in Room 125 Funkhouser Building. The phone number for Dormitory/Greg Page Apartments is (859) 257-1866. Graduate housing information is available by calling 257-3721.

Career Center
The University Career Center is located in the James W. Stuckert Career Center, 408 Rose Street. Summer hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Fall and spring semester hours are Monday through Friday,
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The phone number is 257-2746. Career services include assistance with resume writing and interviewing techniques. The Center also provides a credential repository and mailing services. Drop-in hours (for questions only) are 3 to 5 p.m.

We recommend that, prior to graduation, you open a credential file in the Career Center. Such a file will include references from faculty and advisors, written in a timely manner relative to your matriculation.
