How to Activate your U-Connect@UK Account
We have created a UK e-mail account for you. Before you can send or receive e-mail, you must active your account.

Go to UK web site: http://u-connect.uky.edu (click on the button labeled account manager)

Follow the instructions to activate your UK e-mail account.

You will be asked to provide your USER ID and PASSWORD. For example:

USER ID: lemond Use the first part of your email address (lemond@uky.edu)

PASSWORD: u$5336542 Use lower case “u”, a dollar sign “$” & last six digits of your UK Number, 405-53-6542.

You will have to change your password to activate your account.

Should you encounter any difficulties or wish to use another method of setting up your account, a packet of information is available in the Office of Student Services. Please stop by room 309 College of Nursing or call (859) 323-5108. 

Forwarding and directing your UK E-mail Account to Your Home E-mail
Instructions for forwarding/directing your UK e-mail account to your home e-mail are shared with entering students during orientation.

If you experience difficulty forwarding your U-connect uky.edu e-mail please contact the Office of Student Services, 309 College of Nursing, or call (859) 323-5108.
