APPLICATION TO OUR PROGRAMS

Adult Neurology
We accept applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and match our candidates through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). The deadline for receipt of all application materials is November 15. All application materials must be received through ERAS (no paper application materials, including CVs will be accepted).

To apply to our program you will need

1. ERAS application
2. Three letters of recommendation (at least one should be from a neurology rotation)
3. Dean’s letter
4. Medical school transcripts
5. USMLE scores (Parts I and II, if available)
6. Personal statement
7. Curriculum vitae (via ERAS)

Child Neurology
We accept one resident per year and participate in the San Francisco Match. Two years of pediatric training or one year of pediatrics and one year of neuroscience research are prerequisites for entry into our program. Our Department of Pediatrics offers a specific 2 year program for physicians interested in child neurology (link) and gives special consideration to residents who are accepted to our program and who wish to do their pediatric training in Lexington.
