Dr. Dobbs is the director of the Adult Neurology residency program and Assistant Professor of Neurology. He is part of a major grant through the CDC and HRSA to educate Kentucky providers about biological and chemical terrorism.
Dr. Dobbs' clinical interests include stroke, neurotoxicology, and Botulinum toxin injection. He frequently attends on the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center inpatient stroke service and is involved in several stroke research trials. He has authored several articles, reviews and book chapters. He is currently editing the first comprehensive textbook of Clinical Neurotoxicology. Dr. Dobbs has served on bioterrorism committees for the Pentagon, and currently sits on the Board of Directors, Environmental Neurology Research Group of the World Federation of Neurology.
