- Follow I-64 West toward Lexington where it merges with I-75. Keep right at the Y in the interstate, going toward Louisville.
- Take exit 113 (marked Paris/Lexington).
- Turn right onto North Broadway (US 68 West/KY 27 South). You will pass Applebee's Baseball Stadium.
- Follow North Broadway toward downtown Lexington. You will drive under a flashing light at Transylvania University. North Broadway becomes South Broadway after crossing Main Street.
- Continue on South Broadway past the Radisson and Hyatt Hotels. After a mile, move into the left-hand lane.
- Turn left onto Virginia Avenue at the traffic light just past the Shell gas station.
- Go straight through the South Limestone intersection, and Virginia Avenue becomes Huguelet Drive.
- Turn right to go into the Kentucky Clinic parking structure.
