Directions from Nicholasville and Wilmore via US 27:

  • Take US 27 (Lexington Road) to Lexington.
  • Follow US 27/Lexington for about 9 miles from Bypass 27A. When you enter Fayette County, the name changes to Nicholasville Road. You will cross Man o' War Blvd., pass Fayette Mall, and cross over New Circle Road (KY 4) and Southland Drive.
  • When you cross Waller/Cooper Drive, Nicholasville Road changes to South Limestone. Signs for UK Medical Center will be on the right.
  • Continue on South Limestone, passing the Kentucky Clinic on your right. If you want to drop someone off, an access road in front of the clinic is to your right.
  • To park, turn right onto Huguelet Drive.
  • Turn right to go into the Kentucky Clinic parking structure.
