Nate Johnson is an instructor in the Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology. Dr. Johnson has active research collaborations with scientists at UK's Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy Center (MRISC), Gill Heart Institute, and College of Education (Kinesiology and Health Promotion). He is currently an instructor in medical gross anatomy (MD 814) and medical neuroscience (MD 817). Dr. Johnson is interested in exploring how cardiorespiratory fitness and other lifestyle variables impact the structural and functional integrity of the aging brain.
