The MPPS makes regular visits to client facilities and communities, so we represent you accurately. There is never a financial obligation for a facility to use our service unless a practitioner who is referred by the MPPS is hired. We care about Kentucky health care facilities!

Our candidates are looking for placement in or near Kentucky. Most are UK residents, fellows, or alumni, but we also search nationwide for candidates interested in Kentucky practice opportunities. We refer candidates to you based on qualifications you specify.

The MPPS can assist you throughout the recruitment process by providing information on compensation and benefits packages, recruitment trends, residency lengths and board requirements, loan repayment and scholarship opportunities, determination of community need, recruitment strategy development, screening methods, site visit agendas, and retention strategies. Our non-profit service was formed by the state legislature to help you reduce the costs and increase the effectiveness of your recruitment program.
