Narrated Teaching Cases (NTCs) are available on DVDs that can be played on any DVD player or by any suitable DVD player software. Residents can check these materials out for two weeks. Students, however, need to view them in the lab.

Green Surgery
Green Surgery is the Green Team (Drs. Roth, Hourigan, Beck, and Vargas), GI (Gastrointestinal Surgery) doctors who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. These physicians have extensive experience in treating diseases of the esophagus, the stomach, the duodenum, the gallbladder, the biliary tract, the spleen and the pancreas (the upper GI tract). The Green team emphasizes a multi-disciplinary approach at the Digestive Health Care Clinic and the Markey Cancer Center. The Division of General Surgery has two Board Certified Colon and Rectal Surgeons specializing in diseases of the small bowel, colon, rectum and anus.
