Graduates and Careers

With the broad-based experience of Med-Peds residency training, our graduates have pursued a wide variety of careers. One-fourth of our graduates have entered competitive fellowship programs to pursue subspecialty training; several have even pursued combined (adult and pediatric) fellowship positions. We are particularly proud of the large numbers of our graduates who participate in medical education of students and/or residents. A substantial number of our graduates have full-time academic positions, while even more serve as clinical teachers, instructing medical students and residents in their offices.
