UK Recreation, the Arts and Sports

Recreation
The UK campus includes excellent recreational facilities, many of them close by the Medical Center:

• Johnson Center: racquetball courts, weight training, basketball, volleyball, badminton, group fitness classes, indoor track, climbing wall, locker and shower facilities
• Seaton Center: facilities for basketball, volleyball, badminton, jogging, squash, table tennis, racquetball, lockers, and showers
• Lancaster Aquatic Center: 50m indoor pool
• Boone Indoor Tennis Center: Indoor and outdoor courts
• Nutter Field House: indoor jogging track
• Shively Outdoor Running Track: outdoor track for jogging
• Arboretum Jogging Trail
• Intramural/Club Sports: Intramural activities are often organized by first- and second-year medical students

Sporting Events
The Medical Student Government Association (MSGA) assists the student body with group seating for UK football games but not for basketball games. Students pay $5 for football and basketball tickets.
