Veteran's Educational Benefits

Should you have remaining eligibility for veteran's educational benefits by the State Approving Agency during enrollment in the College of Medicine, please submit any forms that need to be completed to Financial Aid.

Veterans, serviceperson's, reservists (including national guard), and dependents of disabled and deceased veterans mail either his or her U.S. Department pf Veterans's Affairs Applications for VA Educational Benefits (VA Form 22-1990) or their Application for Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance (VA Form 22-5490) to:
