Any department within the UK Hospital may reserve a room in The Learning Center for educational/training purposes. First priority is given to those who will be conducting programs designed for employees in multiple departments.

If you are interested in using any of the rooms in The Learning Center for the above purposes, please do the following:

• Review the information in Select a Room

• Review the information in Discover the Extras

• Review the policies governing the use of the room in Read the Policies

• Complete the required information on the form in Reserve a Room

You will be notified by e-mail or phone whether your request could be honored.

Please allow two business days from submission of request for receipt of status of request.

After using the facilities of The Learning Center, we would appreciate hearing from you concerning your level of satisfaction with the facility and the service you received while there. You will receive an e-mail from Jon Nichols requesting you complete and return a short satisfaction form.
