Kentucky AIDS Education and Training Center (KY AETC)
Needs Assessment

The Kentucky AIDS Education and Training Center (KY AETC) at the University of Kentucky provides free HIV-AIDS training and consultation services to Kentucky health care providers. The KY AETC program offers valuable information and training about providing optimal medical care for your patients and appropriate interventions for you and your staff.

In order to know how to serve you best, we need your input. You can help us in our efforts to serve health care providers across the commonwealth by completing this needs assessment form. Please provide the following information so that we may design and implement training programs specific to your individual needs.
