Thank you for your interest in the Kentucky Ambulatory Network (KAN)!

Current members include primary care physicians, other primary care practitioners, scientists, and health policy experts throughout Kentucky and its bordering communities.  Membership in KAN is free.  As a member, you will receive mailings on KAN and may be invited to participate in KAN research.  Submitting the Internet registration form will not obligate you to conduct KAN research projects.
