Please note: Data transmitted when using the IBS on-line application is encrypted and secure. Your application, once submitted, is stored on a secure server.

  1. To begin: Enter your email address (your ID) and your personal password. You will receive an email confirming this information for future reference.
  2. To return to your application: You will be able to return to your application as many times as necessary from any computer with a web browser. Always begin a session by entering your email address and password.
  3. To format your information: You are encouraged to write your statements in a word processing program using spell check and "cut and paste" into the boxes. Do not use any special formatting (bold, italics, etc.) since this won't print out once your application is submitted.
  4. To enter data: In order to enter data, click on the "submit" button at the bottom of each section. If you leave the application form without clicking on this button for any section you are completing, the information you have entered will not be saved.
  5. To logoff: There is no need to logoff. After you have entered data via the "submit" button, you may shut down your browser or go elsewhere. When you return to the form, the information entered in a previous session will be available.
  6. To submit your application: To submit your completed IBS application, click on the "Submit Application" button on the Main Menu. You will not be able to return to your application once you have submitted it for consideration. (Please note: Any fields listed in red are required information and must be filled out prior to clicking on "Submit Application.")
  7. To ask questions: Please use the Contact Form to send us questions about the application process and the application form.
